Here are just some of the examples that can be found online:  • Coffee oil for all kinds of food and beverage products  • Clothing and shoes for a true coffee enthusiastic • 3D printing material for printing out pretty much anything (but not any hot items)   • Cups and other tableware for a sustainable kitchen and restaurant • Furniture and decorations such as sofas and lamps for interior focused coffee person  • Bio energy: coffee based fuel has been tested in London public transport and coffee based electricity has been used to light up houses, Christmas trees and what not   • Carbon capturing – removing the harmful greenhouse gases from the atmosphere.  • Ingredient for cosmetic oils and solid cosmetics for personal hygiene such as soap, shampoo, face scrub and similar products  • “Fire logs” for your fire place – they contain more energy and create more heat than an actual wooden log!
  • Use the grounds as a bed for mushroom plantation. It is interesting, educating and nearly addicting to follow the process slowly forwarding.
  • Make a coffee face mask or a scrub or use the grounds as shampoo.
  • Neutralize odors for example in the fridge.
  • For every ton of coffee “waste” decomposed in a landfill, 340m3 of methane are released in the environment. The yearly environmental impact of coffee waste decomposition is equivalent to 10 million car emissions.
